Order Processing Times
We offer both in-stock and made-to-order rims. Processing times vary based on product availability.
In-Stock Rims
Orders for rims that are in stock typically ship within 5–10 business days after your order is placed. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Made-to-Order Rims
Made-to-order rims are built specifically for each customer and require a lead time of 6–8 weeks. This timeline starts once your order is confirmed. You’ll receive production updates and tracking information once your order is ready to ship.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by production capacity or supply chain variables.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship domestically and internationally using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped are:

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery option.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
Delays and Exceptions
While we work hard to fulfill orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
